About Mark J. Murnan

Mark J. Murnan (President, Chief Investigator) is a Board Certified Criminal Defense Investigator (CCDI) and a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE®). He is a former staff investigator for the Federal Public Defender, Southern District of Florida. Mark has over 25 years of investigative experience in both the public and private sectors. He has assisted counsel in cases of securities and wire fraud, money laundering, drug trafficking, murder, sexual battery, armed robbery, and carjacking. He has written extensively for professional journals and lectured on investigative procedures in the classroom and at conferences. He is also the past president of the Florida Association of Licensed Investigators (FALI), one of the largest private investigator associations in the country. He is the current Regional Director for the southeast United States for the National Association of Legal Investigators (NALI).
